All items are handmade or small-batch produced; slight variations may occur.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

2. Payments

We accept secure online payments via this website.

All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days.

UK and international delivery options available. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, original-condition items. This must also include the free gift otherwise refund will

not be issued, unless agreed beforehand

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty.

5. Liability

Alternative Curiosity is not liable for:

Delays or damages caused during shipping.

Misuse or unintended use of products.

Minor discrepancies due to handmade nature of items.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.
